Woodbine Bike Path between Washington & Adams avenues
On Halloween night, Woodbine Recreation Commission will sponsor a Trunk or Treat event along the Woodbine Bike Path. The event is open to all Woodbine residents and there will be a car decorating contest. Prizes will be awarded to the best-decorated vehicle!
