Ocean City’s 107th annual Baby Parade on August 11 starts at 5 p.m. and goes from 6th to 14th Streets on the Boardwalk. Children’s entries exit at 12th Street. There are three divisions: A – Children in fancy decorated go-carts and strollers; B – Children in comic decorated go-carts and strollers; C – Small children’s floats measuring more the 3×5 ft.
All children who participate will receive a small trophy. Additional awards will be given to the best entries in each division. The parade is a treat for spectators as entries are traditionally elaborate and imaginative. Music will be provided by numerous bands including the lively InterBoro High School Band of Pennsylvania and the always entertaining Pitman Hobo Band of Pitman, New Jersey.
