Cape May–Lewes Ferry Seasonal Beer Dinner Series

The Ferry has partnered with craft breweries in Delaware and New Jersey to host a series of unique dinner and beer pairing inside both the Cape May and Lewes Ferry Terminals. Winter Wonders Magic Show

Miss New Jersey Outstanding Teen Pageant

Millville Senior High School, 200 N. Wade Blvd., Millville
The Miss New Jersey Outstanding Teen Pageant will be held at Millville Senior High School at 7 p.m. There are 21 contestants, two from Ocean City, Victoria Matt and Cassidy Diamond, and one from Cape May Court House, Augostina Mallous. The winner performs at the Miss New Jersey Pageant held at the Music Pier in June. Tickets are $35 available at the door or by contacting Joan Cooper, disneyqueen54@hotmail.com. Theme this year is “On Broadway.” Miss New Jersey, Lindsey Giannini and Miss New Jersey’s Outstanding Queen, Shereen Pimentel, will host the Pageant.
Midiri Brothers Jazz Band

From 2 to 4 p.m., enjoy “Midiri Bros Traditional Jazz,” one of the top traditional jazz bands in America, featuring Joe Midiri on clarinet, Paul Midiri on vibes and trombone, Jim Lawlor on drums, Jack Hege on bass and Pat Mercuri on guitar. Tickets are $15 advance purchase, $20 at door, $15 CMTJS members and FREE for students with school ID or parents. Cape May County Library – How to Spot an Owl

Pat Sutton, naturalist and co-author of How to Spot an Owl, will teach when and how to look for the eight different kinds of owls that live here in Cape May County: Great Horned, Screech, Barred, Barn, Short-eared, Long-eared, Saw-whet and Snowy Owl. In this slide show program, Pat will relate her fascination with owls and convey the excitement of searching for, understanding and enjoying these elusive and mysterious nocturnal predators.
