Come join the SOAR Church for the 9th Annual Autism Awareness Walk. All proceeds from the walk go to support special education programming throughout Cape May County School Districts. Registration and check-in opens at 9 a.m. at the Wildwoods Convention Center and the walk begins at 10 a.m.

Meet Cole and learn about his story and impact. This family event is open to all ages. Cole the Deaf Therapy Dog’s message is simple and profound: a disability is not an inability, it’s a superpower! The Team Cole Project has been helping people of all ages learn about self-empowerment, acceptance, and compassion.

Artisan Fair at Cape May Convention Hall

The event will be free to get into and will showcase over 40 artisans. We will also be raffling off baskets and selling hotdogs, chips and drinks. All proceeds from the event will go to the Shop Local Scholarship Fund.

Kiwani’s Cape May 100th Anniversary Celebration

Spring Concert: Roots of Black Music in America

Producer, songwriter, teacher, and troubadour Karlus Trapp presents his delightful, educational and entertaining presentation “The Roots of Black Music in America.” It is a 100 year journey back through time, and offers a fresh perspective through song, story, and history to learn about the music of America’s black musical giants. Hear Scott Joplin during the birth of Ragtime. Dance to the Charleston in the 1920’s. Play air guitar with Chuck Berry or sing along with the Supremes in the 60’s in the motor city.

Avalon Community Center, 30th Street and the Beach
There will be music, dancing, and a fabulous free lunch. Students from Wildwood Catholic High School will assist the staff with serving lunch. They have also been known to perform and dance with our seniors.
