“Ferry Merry Christmas” sails into Lower Township on Sunday December 19, 2021. Lower Township Parks and Recreation Department will host its annual Ferry Merry Christmas party in cooperation with Exit Zero Hospitality from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Sunday, December 19, 2021 at the Cape May-Lewes Ferry terminal in North Cape May.
The annual celebration includes fun free activities such as winter carnival games, art and crafts, Ballonatic the balloon artist, face painting, live music, a magic show and Santa on stilts.
“We hope to see a lot of families come out and enjoy themselves and the Christmas season,” said Superintendent of the Department of Parks and Recreation Mitchell Plenn.
Attendees can look forward to performances filled with mirth, magic, and mystery with the new 2021 Christmas Magic Show in the Sunset Lounge. Three craft stations will be open in the gallery for kids to create their own Christmas crafts.
Face painting will be at the event with two accomplished artists creating unique Christmas designs. Costumed characters, including Chris Mouse, Frosty the Snowman and Rudolph will be mingling with young guests throughout the terminal. Enjoy live music in the lobby and be sure to say hello to Santa on stilts.
