This week, we found our featured cocktail at one of the best waterfront dining spots in Wildwood, Beach Creek Oyster Bar & Grille! Relax under a palm tree, enjoy the sunset views, and sip on this week’s drink of the week, the Peach Mojito!
Bartender Raj made us the Peach Mojito out on the deck, which has a perfect waterfront view overlooking the Schooner Island Marina. He added fresh limes, mint, and housemade simple syrup to a glass and muddled it together. He topped it off with ice, Cruzan Peach Rum, and club soda, added a mint leaf on top, and the drink was complete! This drink is a great, cool refreshment on a hot summer day, so head to Beach Creek to try it yourself!
Beach Creek Oyster Bar & Grille is located at 500 W. Hand Avenue, right at the foot of the bridge on West Rio Grande Avenue. It is open daily for outdoor dining at 4 p.m., closed Mondays. Takeout is also available for pick up or dockside! But there is plenty of room for outdoor seating to take in the views of the Schooner Island Marina if you want to sit out on the deck.
