The Christ Child Society of Cape May County is having a Card and Game Party Luncheon on Tuesday, March 3, 2020 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Shore Club, located at 1170 Golf Club Road in Cape May Court House. All are invited for an afternoon of fellowship and fun playing cards, board games or bingo and a three-course hot lunch with a menu entree choice. Door prizes with be offered and a 50/50 drawing and Chinese auction will be held. Cost is $25 and all proceeds benefit children in the community who are in need. The Christ Child Society welcomes new members who would like to give some of their time to help children. Meetings are held once a month on the second Monday of the month from September to June from 1 to 3 p.m. at St. John Neumann Parish Hall on Townbank Road in North Cape May. Helping with a kindergarten reading program, shopping for coats and layette items, and soliciting and participating in fundraisers are some of the rewarding things we do with no special talents required.
