A Cape May tradition continues when roller skating begins at Cape May Convention Hall on Friday, December 20th. Open roller skating is offered on Fridays from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. and a Teen Skate from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Two sessions of open skating will be offered on Saturdays and Sundays from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Skating sessions will also be held from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 26 and Thursday, Dec. 27. Cape May Convention Hall will be closed for roller skating on Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day. The skating season runs weekends through March 29, 2020.
Guests may bring their own standard or in-line skates or they are available to rent at Cape May Convention Hall. Admission fee for Open Skate is $5 per skater and $2 for non-skaters and admission fee for Teen Skate is $5 for all entries. Skate rental is $2 for traditional skates and $4 for in-line skates.
