This week’s featured drink of the week is a French Martini with a vanilla twist from Duffinetti’s Restaurant and Lounge in Wildwood!
When we took a seat at the bar, Bartender John added Stoli vanilla vodka, pineapple juice, and Chambord in a cocktail shaker with ice. He shook it up and poured the drink into a martini glass, then garnished it with a lemon twist on the rim. Normally French Martinis are made with plain vodka, but the vanilla vodka added a twist that perfectly complimented the Chambord’s raspberry flavor. This fruity martini is beautiful, sophisticated, and easy to drink so it is a must-try next time you stop by the bar!
Duffinetti’s Restaurant has been a part of the Jersey Shore for many decades, offering traditional Italian fare coupled with a flair of creativity.
