7th Autumn Edition of Exit Zero Jazz Festival Comes to Cape May Nov. 8-11

The 7th Autumn Edition of the Exit Zero Jazz Festival kicks off in Cape May Nov. 8-11, 2018. More than 40+ sets of world-class music will be presented over the festival weekend on the Main Stages, clubs and streets of Cape May. Festival Producer Michael Kline has crafted a world-class lineup of Grammy Winners, NEA Jazz Masters and an eclectic mix of many different genres of music.

The festivities kick off on Thursday night, Nov. 8 with A Night in New Orleans: A Benefit Concert for Music Connects, the nonprofit, educational outreach initiative of the festival. A Night in New Orleans features New Orleans luminary Kermit Ruffins and the Barbecue Swingers. The Exit Zero Jazz Festival headliners count off Friday, Nov. 9 on the Music Connects Stage in Schmidtchen Theater with one of the most influential artists of our time, the legendary Marcus Miller. Saturday, Nov. 10, Exit Zero Jazz Festival presents NEA Jazz Master and Grammy Award Winner Dianne Reeves, the pre-eminent jazz vocalist in the world today.

The Exit Zero Jazz Festival is a multi-venue festival with two headline concerts in Schmidtchen Theater on the Music Connects Stage powered by Atlantic City Electric, featured concerts in Cape May Convention Hall on the It’s a Breeze & Hawk Haven Stage, and the Cape May Brewing Company Hops Pass Club Series, which features a wide array of music in the clubs and restaurants of Cape May.
