At the core, it is the personal elements of Dogtooth that shine. The Dogtooth Bar and Grill is one of Wildwood’s best restaurants known for its’ diverse selection. The décor throughout the restaurant was inspired by Brendan's father who loved the ocean and owned a long-time Kona Surf Shop. Brendan decided to open a unique restaurant concept that offers a great place for locals and tourists to start their night off with their favorite drink as well as an outstanding menu with a touch of an Asian/Mexican/American influence with hearty portions. Dogtooth loves the “Little Dudes” as well. The owner and staff have children of their own, and truly understand that “kids are people too”. Their menu is full of kid’s favorite foods and includes crayons to create works of art on the menu. Dogtooth Bar and Grill is also the perfect place when customers want those “little extra” portions. They can accommodate business lunches, holiday gatherings, birthday parties or a special occasion celebration. The Dogtooth Bar & Grill has an excellent reputation throughout the community. It is a favorite for both the “local crowd” and vacationers alike. Our restaurant has been featured in many different articles and received glowing reviews by several publications as well as internet sites such as Urbanspoon.com. A NEW GENERATION was born. It is through ambition and success that inspired the entrepreneurial spirit of his son, Brendan Sciarra, who’s vison has launched several keystone business’s on the island of Wildwood, NJ. In 1998, Brendan took over a then failing restaurant/bar with his detailed approach and hands on philosophy, which seemingly handcrafted the Dogtooth Bar & Grill into the island’s most notable establishment and local favorite. Even with a relentless approach to expanding his brand, the Dogtooth maintains firm to it’s roots, evident by the surf board from his father’s original surf shop hanging in the restaurant.
