Set in a circa 1840 plantation house, The Washington Inn has become synonymous with elegant dining in Cape May. The restaurant is nestled on tree-lined Washington Street in the heart of the Cape May Historic District. Offering 5 unique dining rooms, including enclosed summer patio to intimate fireside dining during the winter months. The Inn has undergone some significant changes since the original owners. In operation since the 1940’s, the Washington Inn has been owned and operated by the Craig Family for over 30 years.
