In true Trattoria fashion, the wild mushrooms, Prosciutto di Parma, wines, cheeses, olives, oils, vinegars and even espresso are of the finest quality and imported from Italy. The house fish is fresh and locally caught, along with many other specialty seafood dishes. All steak and chicken are from the finest purveyors available, and all vegetables are locally sourced. Many gluten-free options and vegetarian dishes are available.
