Its location between the Atlantic Ocean and Delaware Bay creates the perfect micro-climate to cultivate vinifera grapes. Jessie Creek’s grapes and vines are grown and harvested by hand, resulting in a flavor and quality that can only be captured in a boutique facility.
The atmosphere at Jessie Creek is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the Jersey Shore. Sit outside on the wrap-around porch to experience the serenity of the beautiful vineyard as you enjoy your favorite Jessie Creek wine and cheese plate, and head to the vineyard lawn to watch flames dance in the fire pit. Or, step inside and enjoy the candlelit barrel room, oak tasting bar and comfortable couches.
Jessie Creek allows you to truly capture the process and spirit of the wonderful world of wine making. When you visit the tasting room, you will not only experience the essence of the wine industry as a whole but also the intimate side of its production. Choose wines by the flight or enjoy the entire collection under the guidance of a tasting room attendant. A self-guided option is also available with the Wine Spiral, allowing you to choose any five wines to sip at your leisure. With wine selections such as Merlot, Pinot Grigio, Chambourcin, Cranberry, Chardonnay and Berry Blend, you’re sure to find a wine for every palate.
Outside of this experience, Jessie Creek hosts multiple events such as the popular Sunset in the Vineyard on Saturday evenings, featuring the sunset, delicious wine, a crackling fire and great live music.
Jessie Creek Winery is available for wine tours, bus private parties, bachelorette groups and family celebrations. Current tasting room hours are Tuesday through Friday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Bring your family and furbabies to enjoy the quiet beauty in this “lil’ peace of heaven!”
