Music lovers are invited to enjoy the final week of the 30th Annual Cape May Music Festival. Attend the Bach’s Lunch on Wednesday, June 12 at the Carriage House Café & Tearoom for a mini-concert by members of the Bay Atlantic Symphony that accompany a delicious tea luncheon. On Thursday, June 13 the New York Chamber Ensemble will perform at Episcopal Church of the Advent. On Friday, June 14 the Friends of the Cape May Music Festival present an encore performance by members of the New York Chamber Ensemble in "Musical Desserts," capping off this year's festival. 6th Annual Jeep Beach Invasion
Friday, June 14 to Sunday, June 16 at 9 a.m.
Beach at Andrews & Cresse Avenues, Wildwood

Over 1,600 Jeeps of all makes and models will be showcased throughout the weekend along with fun activities for the entire family. The weekend includes Jeeps on display, vendors, live music, a “Show & Shine,” raffle prizes, a beach obstacle course and more. Evening activities will be hosted by Morey’s Piers at Mariner’s Pier with food, music and a barbeque at PigDog Beach Bar BQ! FREE for the public to attend. 41st Annual Cape May Point 5 Mile Run

Cape May Point Fire Station, 412 Yale Ave., Cape May Point

Join us for the 41st Annual Cape May Point 5 Mile Run, benefitting the Cape May Point Volunteer Fire Co. The 2 Mile Run starts at 8:15 a.m. and the 5 Mile Run is at 9 a.m. Registration is at the Cape May Point Fire Station. Early registration can be done by mail or in person on Friday night, June 14 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Registration on race day starts at 7:00 a.m. The entry fee is $35 online ending June 14. Race day registration fee is $40. Each entrant will be given a complimentary T-shirt and there will be beverages and refreshments after the run. Sea Isle City’s Skimmer Festival Weekend

Skimmer Festival is Sea Isle’s largest summer festival, featuring two days of family-friendly activities and entertainment. The festival includes a Seaside Vendor Craft Market, the popular Skimmer Food Court, live music, a variety of free family activities, an antique auto show and parade, free guided historical trolley tours, and free amusement rides. In case of rain, most activities will be cancelled. The Seaside Craft Market and Food Court are rain or shine; however, some vendors may choose not to participate. Interested in the Civil War or World War II? Want to learn about the weaponry and tactics used by the British infantry in the Victorian Era? Or maybe you are just a history buff who loves it all. Historic Cold Spring Village will host its annual Military Timeline Weekend June 15 and 16 featuring encampments, weaponry displays and demonstrations from living history groups depicting various conflicts throughout the centuries. National Marbles Tournament

Games are held 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. daily June 17 to 20 at Ringer Stadium in Wildwood. This is the official national competition in the sport of marbles for boys and girls ages 8-14 that have qualified by winning local tournaments throughout the United States. More than 1,200 games of marbles will be played throughout the tournament! The "King" & "Queen" of marbles will be crowned on stage on the last day. FREE to spectators. John Walter Cape Community Band Concert

Enjoy a free indoor evening concert in Ocean City with the John Walter concert band at the Ocean City Senior Center, hosted by the Ocean City Free Public Library. Get your toes tapping and your hands clapping as the community concert band for Cape May County plays an exciting mix of marches, pop, Americana and patriotic music that is sure to entertain audiences of all ages. There will be plenty of seats in the Senior Center for anyone interested in hearing live music on this Tuesday night.
